Jean-François and Stéphane worked together for eight years at various MSPs, where they experienced the challenges of customer-supplier relationships firsthand. This experience allowed them to understand what works and what creates friction. Today, they combine strategic vision and a human approach to offer support that truly meets the needs of Quebec SMBs.

With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Jean-François Roch has established himself as a strategic partner to many organizations.
His career has been marked by leadership positions where he has combined a global vision of technological infrastructures, expertise in artificial intelligence, project management, deployment of complex environments, and more.
Recognized for his communication skills and results-oriented approach, he stands out for his ability to identify business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Stéphane Sylvestre
Vice president, Cofounder
Stephane Sylvestre brings over 25 years of experience in IT, including nearly 10 years as an IT Director. Known for his human-centered and mobilizing leadership, he excels at optimizing operations and building high-performing teams.
As Cofounder of IT Reference, Stephane leverages his expertise to help SMEs benefit from a Smart Guidance approach focused on their real needs. His goal: to act in the exclusive interest of clients, by delivering strategic, operational, and human-centered solutions that foster growth and technological autonomy.
In parallel, he has over 18 years of experience as a ringette coach. Currently involved in the Vert & Noir sports-study program, his coaching philosophy is built on trust, discipline, and the development of each individual's full potential.
Whether in IT or sports, Stéphane puts people at the heart of his actions. His leadership vision is rooted in trust, guidance, and the desire to help everyone reach their full potential—through discipline, passion, and teamwork.
