Our Founders
Jean-François and Stéphane worked together for eight years at various MSPs, where they experienced the challenges of customer-supplier relationships firsthand. This experience allowed them to understand what works and what creates friction. Today, they combine strategic vision and a human approach to offer support that truly meets the needs of Quebec SMBs.
Jean-François Roch
Owner and Shareholder
With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Jean-François Roch has established himself as a strategic partner to many organizations.
His career has been marked by leadership positions where he has combined a global vision of technological infrastructures, expertise in artificial intelligence, project management, deployment of complex environments, and more.
Recognized for his communication skills and results-oriented approach, he stands out for his ability to identify business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Stéphane Sylvestre
Owner and Shareholder
Stéphane Sylvestre is, above all, a passionate individual with over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology, including nearly 10 years as an IT director in IT consulting firms.
Since 2022, he has held the position of Assistant Director of Operations at ITED, where he brings his keen sense of customer service and his desire to take the organization to new heights. His management approach is characterized by listening, empathy, and a willingness to unite his teams by leveraging each person's strengths.
Since 2024, he has joined the coaching staff of the Vert & Noir ringette sports-study program at Saint-Hyacinthe High School, in addition to serving as the program's technical director.
